Inviting UniPOS Support to your Kounta Company

In this article we will guide you on adding our Technical Support to your Kounta instance.
This will give us Administrator access to your Products, Suppliers, Add-ons, POS Devices and Reporting platform, including Insights.

Steps

  1. Log into Kounta's Back office
  2. Go to the People Tab found here: https://my.kounta.com/user
  3. Click Invite a new User

  4. Enter "UniPOS" as the first name and enter kountasetup@unifyservices.com.au as the Email. Click Invite & Edit User 


  5. Scroll down and make sure PIN and Admin settings are turned "ON". Click Save.
