To repair Albert, follow these steps:
- On your Albert Terminal, Open the Kounta App.
- Then login using your Admin username and password (this is your backoffice password).
- Click on the POS button in the top right corner
- Scroll down to find the your Albert terminal name. Click on the name and then tap "Assume".
- Let Albert update and refresh, this can take 20-60 seconds.
